How to submit a complaint
Notice on the Procedure for Filing Consumer Complaints
In accordance with Art. 10, Para. 2 of the Consumer Protection Act and Art. 6, Para. 3 of the Act on the Provision of Services in Tourism, we inform our service users that any complaints regarding the quality of our services must be submitted exclusively in writing:

Complaints must be submitted within ten (10) days after the completion of the service. We undertake to provide a written response within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of the complaint, sent to the address specified in your complaint.
