You may request a transfer at least 12 hours before your arrival time. In your e-mail it is necessary to state exact arrival date, time and location of the requested pick-up. You should include your phone number, and name of the person claiming the transfer, so we can write your name on the welcome banner to ensure easy pick-up. Please state your language of communication so we can send the competent driver.

You can request a transfer only a few minutes before you need it if you contact us by phone. In case you order a transfer just few minutes before desired pick-up, keep in mind that sometimes it might take us a bit longer to pick you up, because of traffic.
