Ascent to Vošac
Ascent to Vošac 2 is a medium heavy hiking tour. Transfer to the village of Makar (300 m). We continue on foot to the top Vošac (1422 m). All along the way we have a beautiful view of Makarska, surrounding villages and islands.
From Vošac we continue with vehicle to the highest peak of the mountain Biokovo, Sv. Jure (1762 m), which offers a spectacular view of the rear part of Biokovo and all middle Bosnian mountains. After lunch we head back to Makarska.
Hiking shoes (minimum high sport shoes with hard soles), comfortable and light clothing, sun protection (hat, sun glasses, sun block), protection from rain (raincoat), at least 3 liters of water.
